I was born and raised in Natchitoches, Louisiana. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems with a concentration in Information Systems Management from Northwestern State University of Louisiana (NSULA). I am currently pursuing a Master of Science in Informatics with a Data Science concentration at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette.
My career goal is to work as a data analyst, where I can use data to support business decisions and solve real-world problems. After securing a full-time role, I plan to relocate to Atlanta, Georgia and work for a large technology-driven company such as Microsoft.
I have professional experience in customer service, technical support, and production environments. I have worked at Walmart as a sales associate, at Insight Global supporting FEMA operations, and in production roles at Alliance Compressors and Boise Cascade. These experiences have strengthened my communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
I am a Microsoft Office Specialist certified in Excel and Word, and I am continuing to build my technical skill set in SQL, Java, database management, data visualization, and machine learning. I am committed to continuous learning and professional growth. I have big goals, and I WILL achieve them.
